Terms of Use

Last updated: August 2026

1. Who We Are

EduBadi (edubadi.com) is an independent educational project operated by Ramu Emmadi as an individual, not through a registered company or other legal entity. Throughout these Terms of Use, "EduBadi," "we," "us" and "our" refer to this project as operated by Ramu Emmadi. EduBadi is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to CBSE, the Telangana State Board of Secondary Education, or the Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh — content is written independently to align with their published syllabi.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EduBadi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website.

3. No Accounts, No Age Restriction on Access

EduBadi does not require account creation, login or payment to access any lesson content. Because the site is aimed at students in Class 8, 9 and 10, we expect many visitors to be minors; parents and guardians are welcome to review this page and our Privacy Policy at any time.

4. Use of Content

All lesson materials, PDF notes and presentations on EduBadi are provided for personal, non-commercial educational use only. You may view and study the content on this website. You may not download, copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or use the content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent. Teachers are welcome to display lessons directly from the EduBadi website in a classroom setting — see our Copyright page for specifics on what's permitted.

5. User Conduct

When using EduBadi, you agree not to: attempt to bypass, scrape, or systematically download site content outside normal browsing; interfere with or disrupt the website or the servers/networks connected to it; misrepresent your identity when contacting us; or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content on EduBadi — including but not limited to lesson text, PDF files, presentations, graphics and the EduBadi logo — is the intellectual property of Ramu Emmadi and is protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited. See our Copyright page for full detail on what's permitted and how to report infringement.

7. Educational Content, No Warranty

EduBadi provides educational content in good faith, written to align with CBSE, Telangana State Board and Andhra Pradesh State Board syllabi. However, we do not guarantee that the content is free of errors, complete, or continuously up to date with every syllabus revision. We are not responsible for any examination outcomes or academic results. Students should always cross-check against their official textbooks and teachers, particularly ahead of exams.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EduBadi and Ramu Emmadi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, including but not limited to reliance on its educational content for academic outcomes.

9. Third-Party Links

EduBadi may contain links to third-party websites, including YouTube videos embedded within lessons. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party websites. Clicking such links is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms.

10. Advertising

EduBadi is preparing to display advertisements served by Google AdSense, to help support the free provision of educational content once approved. We are not responsible for the content of any advertisements displayed on this website. Where shown, personalised ads may be based on your browsing history, as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time as the site grows. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of EduBadi after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of EduBadi shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Telangana, India.
